The Young Priests of the quinquennium of the Salesian Province of St. Joseph, Hyderabad gathered in the provincial house on 22nd September 2014. Fr.T. Vijaya Bhaskar, the Vice Provincial welcomed the young priests for the two day sessions. Rev.Fr. R. Balaraju, the provincial in his inaugural message emphasized a paradigm shift, from communitarian life to communion of life. 
He also insisted on the growth in affective Maturity. Fr.Vice Provincial animated the young priests on multi – Role management in an effective way. He stressed on the need to set priorities, manage time and deal with stress. In the Holy Eucharist Fr. Provincial preached on the spirituality of Padre Pio in relation to St. John Bosco
