A workshop on Journalism was held at Don Bosco Provincial House, Bangalore, for SDB’s and Salesian Family from 6 – 10 October. Bosco Information Service (BIS) participants from different provinces attended this workshop, Fr. Govindu Joseph and Fr. Kalyan Kumar participated in this workshop from our Province.
The resource person for the workshop was the Social Communication office Secretary Fr. George Plathpttam of Catholic Bishops Conference of India (CBCI). A healthy blend of theoretical inputs and praticals was the chief characteristic of the workshop. the South Asia Regional Webmaster Fr. Cleophas Braganza assisted on technical skills and also on Social Media – Catholic to take on the use of Communication media to promote Gospel values.
