Don Bosco Provincial House, 28 August 2015: All the administrators of different communities gathered in Don Bosco Provincial house to update themselves for an effective administration in the line with current times. The meeting had begun by invoking God’s blessings and the Economer, Fr. Sojan, explained about the programme and introduced various resource persons for the day.
First session was animated by Fr T. D. John on: “the relationship of Administrators to staff as Salesian collaborators. How can we listen and understand the feelings of our employees in our communities. Love each staff as a collaborator in the Salesian Mission. Let each staff know that we love them. Make ourselves loved by each staff member.
Second session was animated by Mr. Rosario regarding practical tips in administration. Third session was taken by Mr Murali, regarding some tips on construction and basic requirements to be remembered. The Vice Provincial, Fr Joji Reddy briefed the procedures and steps to be taken for Provincial Chapter IX. At the end the animation for the day was concluded by the words of Fr Balaraju, the provincial. Final appreciation goes to Fr Sojan, the economer for the success of the meeting and concluded with a hymn to Don Bosco.
