"Let us make difference in the society, let us be good Christians and honest citizens of the country, long live Don Bosco," etc., were the slogans and catchphrases that echoed and reverberated in the campus of Don Bosco Philosophate Karunapuram as it had the youth meet on Sunday 19th August 2012. The 75 youth aging 15-24 who participated in the meet were mainly from the parishes of Warangal Dioc
ese where the students of philosophy avail themselves for weekend ministries. The main theme of the meet was 'leadership'. The youth were helped to reflect on the importance of leadership and the responsibility of every young person in realizing the latent leadership qualities within, in transforming the society. Fr Yeruva Joji Reddy, the resource person led the youth to reflect seriously upon the importance of leadership today through play-lets and audio-visual presentations, and concluded the day imploring God's blessings on the youth present through a meaningful Eucharistic Celebration.
