"A hundred new faces, but a million dreams" was what this occasion can be best described as. Welcoming the new students to receive the ocean of knowledge by shunning the initial nervousness and anxity. The freshers' day celebration at Don Bosco Academy Nalgonda on 25th of August was a welcome call to students from all walks of life. Don Bosco Academy had taken this oppourtunity to make the freshers feel at home in its campus.
The students, old and new were given a chance to interact with Mr. Venugopal Reddy, the district youth president of YSR Congress party. Words of encouragement to learn and to grow were given by Fr Anand the Director of the institution. The event provided a platform for the freshers to get connected to the other senior students of the college and to showcase their talents to the larger audience. Fun and frolic was another aspect which manifested the creative and the energy of the newly arrived. The student pledge taken by all the freshers on this day was a meaningful gesture from the part of the student body.
