On September 27th Don Bosco Academy has inaugurated DB-Tech-MEPMA (Mission for the Elimination of Poverty in the Municipal Area) Programme for the 'Poor Unemployed Youth' of Nalgonda. Don Bosco Tech Nalgonda is looking forward to offer free training for the unemployed in 'sales and marketing and computer assistant' sectors through this programme as the committee has noticed that the need for employees in these two sectors is rapidly increasing.

Chief guest Fr Sojan the Provincial Economer urged the trainees to make use of the opportunity. Other guests of honour were Fr Gopu Anand, the Director of Don Bosco Academy, Mr Anjaiah, the Project Director, MEPMA, Mr Mohan Reddy-Asst. Program  Director and Mr Prasad, the livelihood specialist. Mr Mohan Reddy congratulated Don Bosco Academy, for being the first organization to run the MEPMA project efficiently. The DB-Tech skill training programme for the unemployed youth is a commendable work done by Don Bosco in skilling the rural youth of India.
