Don Bosco Junior College, Chandur Bags 5th Inter Collegiate Cricket Trophy

Being intense on the field the students of Don Bosco college Chandur bagged the 5th inter collegiate cricket trophy on 19th of this month. It was an exhilarating victory for them as the whole group exhibited their best sporting talents at Don Bosco Academy grounds. viewers enjoyed the eye fest witnessing sixteen teams from various parts of the nalgonda playing for three days for the district's covetous cricket trophy presented by Don Bosco Academy Nalgonda. Naveen ITI, Nalgonda from group B and Don Bosco Junior college, Chandur from group A played the final match on Monday. As the winners stand apart, Naveen ITI stood in the second place, While Shanti Niketan Junior college, Kodada procured the third in the tournament. The management of Don Bosco Academy facilitated this tournament with the motto to encourage the youth of the district and to awaken the latent talents in them. On the last day in the presence of Fr Balashowry, the  Principal of Don Bosco Degree and PG College, Fr Ravi, the Secretary of the Bishop of Nalgonda, Fr Bhasker, the head master of Don Bosco high school and Fr Sagar, the principal of Don Bosco junior college, the Director of Don Bosco Academy, Fr Anand handed over the shield to the champions. Indeed it was a well organized tournament with a spectacular presentation of sporting talent of the district.
