Fr Balaraju has initiated the inaugural sessions during which he has dealt with the Critical aspects of the Evangelical Counsels and their relevance to the young Salesians today. Fr Thathireddy lead the brothers into the discussions regarding the pedagogy of presence and encouraged them to read several Salesian Publication. Post Lunch session is interactive based, entirely focusing on reflections and experiences of the brothers at their communities and mission stations. The day came to an end with a Solemn and few lighter moments together.
The second day of the meet started with the vespers, Meditation and the Holy Eucharist in the morning. At 9 am an activity studded session on the time management and Planning for Salesian Assistance is animated by Fr Santiagu Thomas. Witnessing Don Bosco is another interesting part of the programme taken by Fr Cheruvathur James which made the participations notice the Salesian spirituality prayer and activity with a mixture of holy fun. The session after lunch stressed on the prominence of the Communication for the province and the vital role played by the young brothers as BIS (Bosco Information service) Correspondents who are the voices of their communities it also emphasized on the importance of the the the skills of news reporting. The day ended with an evaluative period that left the young brothers with the motive to progress in their lives by working together following the Pedagogy of the Don Bosco.
