Don Bosco Provincial house, Bandlaguda has organized Don Bosco Tech Batch Review on 27 of February. The commencement of the programme is held in the presence of Fr Raminedi Balaraju, the provincial , Fr Sojan, the economer, Fr Chowaran Tom, Mr Srikanth, the state coordinator of the programme and others. Trainers form DB Tech Nalgonda, Kurnool, Ongloe, Gagilapuram, Bandlaguda and across the state of Andhra Pradesh have taken part in this meet.The purpose of the meet is to review the performance of various institutes individually and collectively over the past three months.
Few of the key decisions about mobilation of the rural and urban aspirants to the course and expenditure are chalked out in this meet. Participants have brought forward innovative steps to be observed for better training and placements. These talks also focused extensively on TOT (Training of the trainers). Inspection of the documents is an intrinsic part of this programme. Assessments and placement reports are checked during the post lunch session. The interaction of the State team with the trainers is appreciated most. The meet ended in the evening with a grand tea party.
