The Annual Province Commissions and Centre heads meet was held on13, April. Fr Thathireddy Vijaya Bhaskar, the vice provincial animated this one day meet. The heads of the commissions for finance, vocation guidance, communications, technical education, YaR(Young at Risk), mission, education, formation produced their yearly analysis. There were presentations regarding the performance of various commissions during the year followed by the evaluation. The province center report of Don Bosco Mission ponnur, oota and pravahini were also produced in this meeting. The ground work which was done collectively in their respective groups few days prior to the meeting facilitated the discussions of the meet to proceed in goal oriented manner. Members expressed their satisfaction about the outcome.
In the afternoon assembly planned its activities for the upcoming year. The think tank focused on drafting an impact filled plan. Fr vice provincial pooled all the suggestions and assured that he would be forwarding the final draft of the action plan to the members for further suggestions before it would be presented to the provincial counsel for the discussions to become the province EPP (Educative Pastoral Plan)for the coming year 2013-14. It was an enriching experience of coming together and sharing of the common ministry. There was good will among the confreres to enhance the quality of work being done in the province to become effective and relevant.
