It was inaugurated on 15 April with a Holy Eucharistic Celebration. Despite the scorching heat of summer, the camp was marked by active participation, fun and learning. Mornings were dedicated to extensive coaching in Spoken English and learning of computer while the campers spent the evenings with cultural extravaganza packed with party games and entertainment. The grand finale on 12 May with the concluding Eucharist presided over by Rt Rev. Anthony Poola, Bishop of Kurnool was energizing. In his message, he appreciated the enthusiasm and commitment of the campers and encouraged them to share the knowledge imbibed for greater satisfaction. On this occasion he also gave away the prizes for the winners of different competitions. After the Mass, a camp-fire with spontaneous cultural items based on peace, forgiveness and unity was held.
