INAUGURATION OF THE MARIAN STATUE at DB ONGOLE
The DB Ongole rejoiced at the inauguration of the new Marian statue. This great event occurred on the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes on 12th of Feb. A meaningful rosary service was being animated by boys in recalling the great miraculous events of Mary in the life of St John Bosco. Thereafter the holy banquet was offered in honor of Mary with highlighted liturgy. During the sermon Fr Joji briefly 
shared the importance of MHC presence in the life of St John Bosco and of the Congregation. He based his idea on the famous quote of Don Bosco, “Have faith in Mary you will see what miracles are.” He also said the reason of erecting the statue in our campus that, “ Mary would protect our house from all evil spirits and to guide the house to reach God’s will by away of St John Bosco and his charism. Soon after the mass Fr Rector blessed and inaugurated the statue. Nevertheless as a sign of gratitude Fr Joji Prasad honored Mary with garland. This magnificent statue was erected at the lawn right in the center of the house at well constructed marble cave. This wonderful event concluded by singing hymns to Mary. All went back by believing that she 
would protect and guide in all the trials and temptations and sustain every one with great faith. With greater confidence once again we recalled the believe of St John Bosco, “Have faith in Mary, you would the miracles are.”
