The Provincial Circular is one of the chief means of animation and communication available for the Provincial. Written by the Provincial, if need be in consultation with others, the Circular then becomes the official communication organ from the Provincial office. All official matters, news, views and reflections which inform and guide the Province are contained in the Provincial Circular.

The Salesian Province of Hyderabad also has its own Provincial Circular, written by the Provincial every month. It is disseminated from the Provincial office in the first week of every month. It chiefly contains important passages for reflection, pieces of information, announcements and the travelogue of the Provincial and his close collaborators, the Vice-Provincial and the Provincial Economer.
