Don Bosco College, Narsipatnam, 26 March 2024: In an event marked by intellect and enthusiasm, Don Bosco College Narsipatnam hosted its Grand Quiz Competition on March 26, 2024, from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The competition, aimed at reinforcing students’ knowledge on a wide range of subjects, including current global affairs, saw robust participation from both Degree and PG students divided into five groups.
The event was skillfully led by Father Upendar, with the Brothers of Don Bosco College providing notable support, underscoring the college’s dedication to fostering a culture of informed curiosity among its students. In his inaugural speech, Father Rayanna, the chief guest, highlighted knowledge as a critical asset in today’s society, while Father Benny, the Principal, encouraged students to fully utilize available resources for their intellectual growth.
Spanning 25 rounds, the quiz ventured through various domains of knowledge, challenging and engaging participants in an innovative and educational showdown. This format was instrumental in maintaining a high level of engagement among the students, driving home the importance of learning and staying informed.
The competition culminated in a prize-giving ceremony, where the victors were celebrated for their intellectual achievements, symbolizing the essence of academic pursuit and excellence.
