On 17 and 18 July, we had the Youth Animation Coordinators and the Young Priests’ Meet at Don Bosco Provincial House, Hyderabad. The confreres in charge of the Youth Animation of the various communities and the young priests ( quinquennium) gathered at Provincial House, for these important days of renewal and planning.
Fr Anil D’za, the Regional Youth Director of the Karanataka Region of the Salesians of Don Bosco, Bangalore, ably animated and shared his experiences and challenges in youth animation. It was an enriching experience. In the post lunch session all the local Youth animation coordinators of the Province, created an action plan for the year 2017-2018.
The young priests (quinquennium) had the entire 18 July to interact with the Provincial, Vice-Provincial and Economer, expressing their concerns and issues. This was a great opportunity for them to also learn and understand the province priorities.
These two days of renewal and planning were well organized by Fr Joji Yeruva, the Vice Provincial. A word of thanks also to the Provincial House community for the efforts taken to make these meetings and every other meeting a fruitful one.
