The programme started at 9 am with an inaugural ceremony. parents then are solemnly welcomed by the Fr Anand. The Session started at 10:00 am with a speech emphasizing on the new trends which are creeping into the educative system. Parents are advised not to get allured by these methods of education which are causing a serious threat to the holistic development of the children leading them to psychological imbalances and at times even having fatal ramifications child's attitude. In this context Fr Anand introduced the educative system of don bosco to the parents which is a perfect blend of reason, religion and loving kindness.
Fr Bhaskar the principal of the school in his speech enumerated that Preventive system makes a friend of the student, who in the assistant sees a benefactor who gives him good advice. On the other hand, The educator, having won the loving respect of his pupil, will be able to greatly influence him, counsel him and will be able to guide him. the role of parents is also accentuated in the growth of the students life. He stressed that the education should be based on the values. The programme came to a momentous conclusion with the group discussion.
