As part of the Year of Faith the Ponnur Don Bosco Parish celebrated faith with the youth on 14 October. Fr.K.S.Joseph SDB, Parish Priest inaugurated the Youth Day Celebrations. Fr. Mattukoyya Maridas SDB spoke on “ Youth and Catholic Faith.” After the sessions, the Youth Day continued with Holy Eucharist celebration followed by Lunch. In the afternoon, a quiz was organized on the theme ‘Faith and Bible’ for all the youth who had come from 23 sub-stations of the Parish. In the evening youngsters participated in the games. All the winners were given prizes and all the participants received a gift from the Parish Priest. The Ponnur Don Bosco community Fr.K.S. Joseph, Fr.G.Marreddy and Fr.P.Arul Das made all the arrangements to make the youth day a memorable one for all the Youngsters of the Parish.
