Don Bosco High school Nalgonda organized Rangoli competition on10th January 2014. All the girls were very much encouraged and took part actively in the competition. Rev. Fr. Anand SDB
the Rector, Fr. Bhaskar SDB the head master along with all the staff members appreciated all the participants for their innovative ideas and commendable effort of each individual in making the competition a memorable one. This competition was a wonderful opportunity for all of them to bring out their talent and creativity in making the traditional Rangoli designs. All the girls have participated in the competition and put their maximum effort to come out as the winners. While the girls have Rangoli some of the boys have participated in fancy dress competition in dressing themselves like ‘Haridas’, this is the specialty of Sankranthi. The competition enabled the students to display their talents in this traditional art form. The Rangoli designs were beautiful and It was a spectacular display of co-ordination and team work. Truly, it was a tough time for the judges to make an impartial judgment as each design was better than the other. Each participant was judged based on the Neatness, color blend, presentation and design.
