WE ARE ONE WITH DON BOSCO:
PAST PUPILS’ MEET AT ACADEMY
Don Bosco Academy Nalgonda organized a past Pupils meet on January 28, 2014. The meeting had began at 9.am and had 
concluded at 4.pm. After the registration the students have gathered in the Don Bosco Seminar hall. Mr. Kancharla Bhupal Reddy, The TDP MLA designate for forth coming elections, Rev. Fr. MS Michel SDB, Fr. Anand SDB Fr. Balashwory SDB, FR. Bhaskar SDB, and Br. Gregory SDB were present for the occasion and addressed the gathering. Rev. Fr. Anand, in his presidential speech spoke on the role of the past pupils in the society according to the mind and heart of Don Bosco. Don Bosco wanted a vast movement of people who could participate in his ministry of saving the youth. He also suggested to start Don Bosco Past pupils website, and many other innovative programmes, in order to keep the Identity of the Salesian past pupils in the project. During the course of the meeting the past pupils recalled nostalgic memories of their educational experience at Don Bosco Institutions. Most of the students expressed that Salesian education helps them a lot to face any type of life situation. Rev. Fr. 
Balashowry SDB, the principal, chalked out the action plan for the bi-centenary of the Birth of Don Bosco through group activity and other interactive programmes. It was also decided by the students and the staff that they meet twice a year to relive their spirit of Don Bosco and to be the agents of transformation in the society and of their habitat. 
Students all expressed their sentiments of gratitude to all their beloved fathers and lecturers for their service. The students have departed to their respective places after the tea party.
