Aspirantate, Chandur 16th July 2015: The community of Chandur was very delighted to inaugurate the Marian Month on 16th of this month. It was inaugurated on the feast day of Mount Carmel with the motto “Aspiritual journey with Mother Mary”.
The Aspirants were very much delighted to have this opportunity to journey with Mother Mary. This journey includes lot of fun, games, competitions and more over it is a good opportunity to show love and devotion to mother. In the morning we had grand inaugural mass presided over by Fr. Bhaskar, the dean of studies.
The inauguration has started with the homage to Mother Mary by different groups. Followed by hosting of the Marian flag by Fr. KK. Joseph (Rector) after that all the aspirants had takenan oath that they will abide by all the rules and regulations. As a sign of the peace and joy, Fr. Rector, Fr. Remalla and Fr. Bhaskar symbolically released one pigeon. Fr. Bhaskar the dean of studies declared the Marian tournaments open with very significant sign by taking a roll from the pot which was brought by tribal people as their custom in the odisha.There was joy and laughter everywhere. The ground was decorated with lots of balloons, flags that added festive look.The Involvement of fathers in the tournaments had given gusto to all the aspirants to play well.
