Keeping in mind the need of the youth, Don Bosco Mission, Narsipatnam has inaugurated the DB Tech programme on 07th April, 2016 for the youth of the locality. There were about 30 students took part in the inaugural celebration. Mrs. Ramanamma, MPP (Mandal Praja Parishat) of Narsipatnam was the chief guest and Fr Pradeep, the parish priest of local church and Mr Satish kumar, the president of the Salesian Cooperator were guests of honour of the day. Fr Rayappa, the Rector of Don Bosco Narsipatnam has welcomed the guests and briefed about the life and mission of Don Bosco and explained to them the purpose and objective of the DB Tech Programme and its usefulness in the lives of young people.
While appreciating the services rendered by Don Bosco community for the youth, the chief guest did bring to their notice the value of life and encouraged them to make use of all the opportunities to make themselves capable and skilled persons in order to get settled in life and to become honest citizens in the society. Fr Rayappa has honoured the chief guest with shawl and thanked them for their presence and availability. The students were very happy and proud to be part of the Salesian family. The programme was concluded with national anthem.
