On 3 August 2017, the Community of Don Bosco Philosophate, Karunapuram as pilgrims visited the parish of Singaram in the Diocese of Warangal which is witnessing the miraculous signs through the statue of our Blessed Mother. The Pilgrimage was organized as part of the Marian Month to foster devotion and veneration towards our Blessed Mother.
In the evening the entire community journeyed to the parish of Singaram which at present is growing in its popularity day by day due to the miraculous statue of Our Lady that started shedding tears of blood and water in its initial stage. Presently the Marian devotees are continuously witnessing various miraculous signs being manifested through the statue on the daily basis. With great devotion and love the community spent quality time in personal prayer and recited the Holy Rosary with fervor and devotion. Rev. Fr Marreddy the parish priest of Singaram narrated in gist the entire incident and the miracles that are taking place in the recent past. The community was so blessed to witness the shedding of tears with their own eyes. The community witnessed the first drop rolling down the cheek as they reached the place and just before the departure they witnessed another drop running down the cheek. Each one of them were given to taste the holy tears of our Blessed Mother. The lady to whom the Blessed Mother showed the vision told that our Blessed Lady is shedding tears because of our sins and she exhorted each one of us to make sincere confessions. Finally, each of the brothers enjoyed the snacks and returned to the community. The impact of the pilgrimage is overwhelming because on the one hand it confirmed the skeptical minds and on the other it increased our faith, love and devotion to our Blessed Mother. May each one of us continue to grow in devotion to our blessed Mother as we journey to the Kingdom of Heaven.
