On the 8 and 9 of October we had the meet of the Volunteers working in our Navajeevan Centers of Vijayawada and Ramanthapur at Don Bosco Provincial House, Hyderabad.
15 Volunteers from Austria, Germany and Netherlands traced the tracks to Don Bosco Provincial House, Hyderabad to participate in the two day meeting of the Volunteers. The first day, they had input sessions by the Provincial and the Vice Provincial of the Province. They showed special interest in the Child Policy of the Province and its implementation. They were accompanied by the stormy weather of Hyderabad, with a lot of thunder showers. They also had a sharing of their own experiences and even proposed a few ideas to the Vice Provincial.
On the second day, the volunteers were taken to a tour of Hyderabad City, visiting the famed Golconda fort and the Birla Temple. A word of thanks to the Vice Provincial for organizing these days of meeting and the community of Ramanthapur for hosting them for lunch. The volunteers reached back to their centres happy and refreshed to continue their service for the poor and abandoned young.
