Don Bosco Academy Nalgonda Lifts the District Football Trophy

September 26th the District football association of Nalgonda with the help of Mr. Gulam, the President has organized the football tournament here in Don Bosco Academy. There have been numerous league matches conducted between various teams in the locality. The final match was between the Don Bosco Degree College Nalgonda and the former District champions. Being inaugurated by Fr Goup Anand the director of the academy the match started at 10 am. The academy students have taken the lead by striking two consecutive goals at the start of the game. Even though the latter had given them a tough fight with a goal in the second half, the academy students managed to finish the game with 3-1 by shooting the third goal at the end of the second half. Friendly get togeather was arranged after the match for the players. Following the example of Don Bosco the institution along with the academic excellence gives due importance to sports and games.
