Salesian Principals Meet

On 28 of October Don Bosco Provincial house, Hyderabad has hosted the Salesian Principals meet. New trends and developments in educational system, result oriented education along with human formation, preservation of student dignity and an explicit analysis on preventive system are the main topics discussed in the meet. All the principals of Don Bosco institutions across the state are present for the meet. Fr Raminedi Balaraju, the Provincial of the Salesian Province of St Joseph Hyderabad, Fr Thathireddy Vijaya Bhaskar the Vice Provincial, Fr Puthussery Sojan the Province Economer are present for the meet. Fr Balashowry, principal of Don Bosco Academy Nalgonda is the resource person for this meet. He made the participants think extensively on the subjects like the code of conduct for the teachers, sanction of leave, maintenance of numerous records and school documentation, pay scale for the teaching staff and the non teaching staff etc. The participants are given a chance to express their practical difficulties at the end of the session. The meet has come to a close with a group discussion. Participants are glad about the meet and the concrete benefits they are able to procure from it.
