Parishners of Don Bosco Shrine, Bandlaguda celebrated parish family day on 3 of February. It was a day of delightful communion, fun and frolic for the children, youth, adults and the elders of the Parish. Initiated with the Sunday’s solemn Eucharist the day’s programme continued with games, sing songs, competitions, dances etc at Don Bosco School grounds, Bandlaguda. Family atmosphere was in the air as all the parishners played together. The Love meal served in the afternoon for all served its purpose of sharing as the food is being prepared by a group of parishners and sponsored by all. The Post lunch part of the party started with anthashary (singing competition) followed by games for the elders of the parish and the gathering in the evening ended with dances performed by the youth of the parish. All went home with happy memories that the day gifted them. Kudos to Fr Papaiah, the parish priest for skilfully organizing the parish family day.
