30 March: Human Resource Management team from Don Bosco Academy has responded to the request of the sisters of Holy Spirit to take a seminar on Leadership & Personality Development for the orphan children of the institution. A team under the guidence of Bros. Swaroop and Suresh from Don Bosco Academy had present themselves at Valigonda to take the seminar for the children.
The program started with a prayer song and the day was divided into four sessions. Two of these were on Leadership and the rest were dedicated for Personality Development respectively. Besides explicitly imparting knowledge to the children The resource personal also entertained them with party songs and games. Children also enjoyed the interactive sessions provided and showed great involvement in learning the lessons.
The post lunch sessions on Personality Development were started with an action song. These sessions are inclusive of anger management, Sense of Belongingness, Sense of Responsibility, Sense of appreciation. All these input sessions along with party songs and games the team was able to reach out the children by making them understand the true value of life. The session has come to an end with the words of gratitude by Sr. Jessi to the team.
