Soon after the mass the statue of Fr Abraham was unveiled by Fr Guvvala Balaraju the director of the institution. A booklet narrating life of this holy Priest was released by Manthuruthil Abraham while Fr.Vatti Rayappa released the Mp3 CD. It was a moving event for The Salesian Co-operators, Sisters of FSJ, Catechists and elders of the parish who experienced Fr Abraham.
Fr Abraham Panampara, dearly called as Fr P.E was one of the three Salesians who set foot in Andhra Pradesh to open the doors for Salesian Chrism in the state. In spite of holding a doctorate in economics from Marquette University, USA and an impeccable six year record as a principal of Sacred Heart college, Tirupattur he firmly chose to dedicate himself to the mission lands of interior Andhra Pradesh. In this way the people of Patsala Tadiparru (P.T.Parru) had his services in their midst for 10 long years from1983-1993. He was instrumental in building up the Christian community and empowering the poor with education. People called him Papa, they love to have him in their families and he became the solution for any problem in the village. With his arrival there came an English medium school which was so uncommon in those days. All the poor children are given education and boarding for free. He also built a church for the spiritual needs of the people of the village.
