Visakhapatnam, 15 August 2015: On the wonderful occasion of this 69th Independence Day, It is a pleasure to make a note that the trainees of both Hospitality and Retail Sales gathered at Beach Blossoms School to celebrate our National Festival.
The Asst. Director Fr. Ratna Kumar unfurled the Tricolor flag followed by Vandemataram. There were many cultural programmes by students of Beach Blossoms and DB Tech. Ms. Rama Laxmi, the Hospitality trainer has taken the honor to speak about the Independent India. She reiterated the difficulties faced by our great leaders and how the people of the 21st century are misusing the Independence. She further extended that India is the country with youth as its maximum population. So, it is better to utilize our manpower at optimum level so that India can be listed among the developed countries. Later, Fr. Ratna Kumar has taken the privilege to address the gathering. He explicated the importance of flying the tricolor flag designed by our freedom fighter Pingali Vekaiah garu. He further explained that it is more important to implement things than mere prompting. He supported each and every statement of him with suitable examples.
Finally, the children of the School along with our trainees were made to understand the significance of Independence and the obligations that each citizen of our country bears. The staff celebrated the Independence Day along with children and trainees with utmost joy. It was a beautiful day with more beautiful events and the most beautiful celebrations.
