The memorial Mass or the month's mind Mass of Fr Panampara Abraham was held on June 21, 2012 at Don Bosco Philosophate, Karunapuram. It was exactly ten days earlier that Fr P.E. Abraham has passed away in a road accident. The Memorial Mass which commenced at 10.30 am was presided over by Fr Raminedi Balaraju, the Provincial and concelebrated by more than 20 Priests. Several confreres and members of the Salesian family too participated in the Mass and the service that followed.
Fr Provincial spoke well of Fr Abraham as an educationist and a person filled with the apostolic zeal to preach the Kingdom of God. Fr Chacko Thattil and Fr Parokaran Jose, too spoke about Fr Abraham and shared their memorable experiences with him. A short prayer service was conducted at the tomb of Fr P.E. after which meals were served for all the participants.
