It was indeed a delightful moment to witness the participation of a vast majority of Salesians, sisters, relatives and well-wishers, in the Holy Eucharist solemnized by the parish community. In the homily Fr. Selvaraj, remembering his ordination, stressed on the faithful presence of God in these years of his Salesian life. He also reminded the gathering, that a priest is a priest forever, not counting the years but for all eternity.
The cultural felicitations made the jubilarians to relive their past with nostalgia. Fr Ramenedi Balaraju the provincial of Hyderabad province felicitated them. The neighbouring religious and salesian communities presented colourful performances. A festive dinner was hosted for all the participants and guests. Kudos to Fr Thomas Santiagu and to Fr Nagothu Kishore for meticulous planning for making the day memorable for Jubilarians.
