Second Regional ‘Bosco Come and See Fest’

Aspirants as they Participate in Prayer Service

The second ‘Regional Bosco Come and See Fest’ was held in Don Bosco ITC Kadapa from 28^thto 30^th December 2012. Forty-one students aspiring to join us from all over Rayalaseema region took part in it. Except five, all of them were tenth and senior inter students. The whole event took place with the support and collaboration of Fr Miriyala Bala Kishore, Rector, Fr Yetukuri Sleevaraju, Fr Maddichetty Michael and Br. Kommu Paul Sudershan.

The camp was inaugurated with the Holy Eucharist presided over by Fr. Govindu Joseph. A fitting introduction was given on how to understand God’s call in our life and the process of discernment. The sessions were taken by Fr. Maddichetty Michael, Br. Vanga Joseph, Br. Jeevan and by five aspirants present. The second part of the presentations was held on knowing Don Bosco, our congregation and its mission. Another highlight of the Fest was a pilgrimage to Arogyma Matha Shrine, located in Kadapa. The shrine Rector Fr. G. Vijayarao encouraged the students to prepare themselves well to fulfill the dream of Don Bosco as fathers and brothers. The Fest participants were given a great challenge and are called take the mission of Don Bosco.
