Birdy, 2-21 March, 2022: “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” is a proverb that means that a person becomes both bored and bored without time off from work. A three-week summer skill course was organized by the Don Bosco Communication center from May 2 to 21 for the students of Don Bosco School, Bandlaguda. 12 students participated in this course. Fr. Vanga Joseph and Mr. Chaitanya were the resource persons.
The media enthusiasts prepared a short film called ‘Last page’. The entire filming process is managed by the students themselves. “It was our first time participating in a course of this sort. It was very useful and we also gained our confidence” said Siri Keerthi, a student of class ten. Ruby Sushanth, a tenth-class student who was aspiring to become a filmmaker said the entire process of shooting and editing has helped us to understand the nitty-gritty things that we should take care of.
Speaking to the participants, Fr. Thomas Santhiagu, the Provincial of Hyderabad Province highlighted the importance of creating useful content for the Media. The students received a participation certificate at the end of the course.
