Dhisha Don Bosco, Hyderabad, 22nd December 2023: The collaborative efforts of Don Bosco Dhisha, Magic Bus, and National Career Services (NCS) culminated in a groundbreaking Job Mela at St. Theresa’s Church Campus, Sanathnagar. This significant event drew together a multitude of job seekers and prestigious companies from various sectors, setting the stage for a transformative day in the lives of many. A total of 443 aspirants arrived with hopes of securing positions that aligned with their skills and aspirations, engaging in interviews and interactions with 32 recruiting companies.
The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as candidates navigated through the process, from initial screenings to final interviews. The fair’s outcome was remarkable, with 237 candidates shortlisted for further evaluation, and 137 emerging successfully with job offers. These offers, boasting salaries ranging from Rs. 12,500/- to Rs. 18,000/-, represented not just financial stability but also a step towards fulfilling careers for the selected individuals. This event underscored the importance of such melas in bridging the gap between talented job seekers and potential employers, lighting up futures with the promise of growth and opportunities.
