Don Bosco Academy Nalgonda has celebrated the semi Christmas with lot of joy and festive spirit on 21st December 2013. As the Christmas is a festival of love, joy and sharing, students, teachers and all the fathers wished each other a very happy feast and exchanged their peace and love with each other.
The celebration began with a procession from the school towards the crib and then blessing of the crib by very Rev. Fr. Raminedi Balaraju, the provincial. Lot of Christmas carols were sung by the students and the teachers. In the afternoon, a small cultural programme was organized by the school and the college. LKG, UKG 1st and 2nd class students have mesmerized the audience with their colorful dresses and the performances. 
The beautiful speech given by Kumari. Reshma a student of LKG A section on Christmas was the highlight of the Programme. Degree students have acted a skit on the birth of Jesus. Rev. Fr. Anand SDB the Rector, accompanied by the other community members and the staff cut the Charismas cake and wished all students a very happy Christmas. There was the Christmas spirit and merriment throughout the 
celebration.
