St Paul’s Seminary, Nuzvid, 10 August 2019: A zonal cooperators recollection and meeting for 4 units (Guntur, Ponnur, P.T.Parru, Ongole) was held on 10th of August at Guntur Don Bosco Printing Press. There were 25 members present together with the council members along with the state coordinator Mr. Bethe Joseph and delegate Fr Gangarapu Anil. The day began with a recollection at 10 am a talk by Fr. Alex Jayaraj and they made their confessions. At 12 noon, a Holy Eucharist celebrated by Fr Medabalimi Balaswamy the rector and Parish Priest Guntur house.
A sumptuous lunch was served at 1 pm and the meeting resumed at 2 pm in which introducing of each cooperator was well thought-out. Later, the cooperators were divided into 3 groups and discussed on various topics viz., how they feel as Salesian cooperators, what they expect more and what are the blocks and difficulties they face in living their promise to the congregation. Instantly, they shared the personal experience in common by the representatives of the group. Nonetheless, Fr Anil shared some important aspects to remember as a Salesian cooperator! He prompted each of them that a cooperator needs to grow in Christ as a good catholic family member and in trying to live in the spirit of Don Bosco by carrying out the mission. Mr. Joseph reminded them about the upcoming programmes and meetings. Instantaneously, the recollection for the cooperators was concluded with positive remarks from Fr. Balaswamy and his blessing.
