Fr Mallavarapu Rayanna, the coordinator for Vizag region presided over the Holy Eucharist. Fr Inna Yeruva preached the homily during the mass. Rev Fr Sleeva CSsR, the Rector of Peddamanapuram Parish animated the recollection with his inspiring talk on an invitation to be an authentic religious in the modern world. He invited the gathering as religious to be primarily men of God, men of the Church, men of apostolic zeal, men of reconciliation, men of the Pope, men of initiative, men of obedience, men of prayer, men of industrious charity and men of humility.
One hour of the adoration was conducted after the talk, during which the Salesians had a recourse to the Sacrament of Reconciliation. It was followed by a fellowship meal arranged by the Parish Priest. After the lunch the Parish Priest had taken the Salesians for the guided tour of the campus. The recollection ended with a group discussion on the effective involvement of the Salesians in the region. The next tri-monthly recollection was planned to be held at Don Bosco, Narsipatnam. Finally, the Salesians returned to their communities with the vibrations of love and joy.
