Don Bosco Junior College, Chandur 31 Jan 2020: Don Bosco Junior College celebrated the feast of Don Bosco with many youngsters in the campus. The day began with a homage to the statue of Don Bosco by the staff and the students followed by a Cricket Tournament organized by the management. Mr Thokala Ibukama, a newly elected municipal chairperson officiated the tournament. The campus was aglow with the presence of new SI of Chandur who spoke about the service that was rendered by the college for about 35 years in Chandur.
The joy doubled with the presence of Fr Raminedi Balaraju, the correspondent who encouraged and blessed the event. The winners and the runners were given prizes at the end of the day! Later, at 6.30 pm a Solemn eucharist was concelebrated and was presided over by Fr Wilson, Principal and Parish Priest. The feast day ended with a meal that was shared with everyone.
