Don Bosco Mission, Rapadu, Anantapur, 7 April 2020: The Anantapur Don Bosco Society, a Non-Profit Organization based at Don Bosco Mission Raptadu, Anantapuram, Andhra Pradesh India, has mission that at least few families should not go to sleep with hungry due to Covid-19. The people have inadequate access to purchase essential groceries. It is to support them that the Salesians in Raptadu, have distributed Dal-2kg and Sunflower Oil-2Ltrs to 65 families in and around Raptadu in collaboration with government authorities. Fr Anthaiah, Rector, Fr Johny Administrator, and members of Jesus Youth took part in distribution of the provisions in their homes during this Lock-down.
