7 June 2021, Don Bosco School, Gunadala: Don Bosco School, Carmel Nagar, Gunadala organized first online PTA meeting for the academic year 2021-22 on 7th June 2021 at 02.00 pm. The response was praise worthy while 90% of parents were present for the meeting.
The theme: for the PTA meeting was “Where Focus Goes, Energy Goes”. The meeting started with a prayer invoking God’s blessings upon every parent and the staff and discussed the followed agenda: 1. Preparing responsible child 2. Healthy occupation 3. Online classes:4. Assembly 5. Activities 6. Project work 7. Exams 8. Corrections 9. Celebrations10. Time table 11. Number of Classes 12. School fee.
At the outset Fr Bhaskar, the principal appreciated the parents for their support in the last academic year 2020-21, during Covid-19 pandemic. The Principal encouraged all the parents to stay with the children physically during online classes. He urged them to follow up the children at home to write the home works, preparing the project works and other class activities.
Before closing of the PTA meeting the principal has given time for the parents to express their views, opinions and impressions. The parents raised their doubts and the principal clarified them. The meeting ended with happy note at 2.45 pm.
