Don Bosco College, Peddabodepalli, 23 August 2019: On 23rd August 2019, the students of Don Bosco College, Peddabodepalli were privileged to witness a medical camp. This mega event was conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh at Narsipatnam for the people of the locality and its surroundings. It was held with the intention to keep and maintain the good health of the local people. It was conducted under the vigilance of the local M.L.A, Mr. P Umasankar Ganesh. There were about 30 Doctors and 25 nurses who came and rendered their service for SC, ST boys and girls from the government hostels to check their general health and physical fitness.
This medical camp had helped almost 100 different boarders from various hostels of the vicinity. It was held from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. There was free distribution of medicine after the checkup. The Salesians were thankful to the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the good service that they had done to the boys and girls.
